1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Rusikaa Creative, a printing and personalisation shop near EGL Chowk, Sarjamda, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Our products
Everything we sell is made to order. The photos, illustrations and previews on this website are only to give you an idea. The final product may differ slightly in size, shade and finish. Colours on a screen can look different from colours in print, so small variations are normal.
3. Placing an order
You can place an order by WhatsApp, phone, the forms on this site (which open in WhatsApp) or by visiting the shop. An order is confirmed only when we have agreed the details and price with you, and you have approved the design. We may decline an order, for example if we cannot make it or the content is not acceptable.
4. Prices
Prices depend on the item, size, quantity and design. The price we confirm to you on WhatsApp for your order is the price that applies. Any prices or sample details shown on this website are only a guide and may change. If a price is wrong because of a clear mistake, we will tell you before going ahead.
5. Payment
This website does not take online payments. How and when you pay, including any advance, is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we start work. [Add accepted payment methods and any advance payment rule]
6. Design approval
We share a design preview before printing. Please check spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, colours and layout carefully. Once you approve the design, we print exactly what you approved. We are not responsible for mistakes in content that you supplied or approved.
7. Your photos, logos and text
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo, design and text you send us. We may refuse or stop any order that is illegal, offensive or likely to infringe someone else's rights. We use your files only to make your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order before you approve the design. After you approve it, and especially once printing has started, we usually cannot change or cancel it, because the product is made specially for you. [Add your refund rule, if any, for cancelled orders]
9. If something is wrong with your order
Please check your order when you collect or receive it. If there is a mistake on our side, such as a misprint or damage, tell us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will work with you to put it right. 10. Pickup and delivery
You can pick up your order from our shop, or ask about delivery. Details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
11. Our responsibility
We take care to make every order well. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or missed events, arising from an order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place the order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a problem comes up, please talk to us first — most things can be sorted out quickly and fairly.
