1. Who we are
Rusikaa Creative is a printing and personalisation shop near EGL Chowk, Sarjamda, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. This website (the "site") lets you browse our products and services and contact us. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Rusikaa Creative.
2. What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact details — your name and mobile number, when you fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp, call us or visit the shop.
- Order details — the product, size, colour, text, quantity, date needed and any message you write.
- Photos, logos and designs — files you send us so we can print them.
This site does not have user accounts and does not ask for passwords, card numbers or any online payment details. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on the site.
3. How our forms and WhatsApp work
The forms on this site (the Custom Order form and the Contact form) do not send your details to our servers. They prepare a message and open it in WhatsApp. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp. The same is true of the "Enquire on WhatsApp" buttons on product pages.
On a product page, the "Upload your photo / logo" button only shows you the file name on your own device. The file is not uploaded to this site. To share the file, send it to us in the WhatsApp chat.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and share a design preview and price.
- To make, print and hand over or deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order, such as design approval or pickup.
- To keep records of orders and to answer questions about them later.
We do not use your details to send unrelated promotions without your agreement, and we do not sell your information.
5. Third-party services
Some parts of the site use services run by other companies, who have their own privacy policies:
- WhatsApp (Meta) — when you message us, WhatsApp handles the message, as explained in WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — the site loads its fonts from Google, so your browser contacts Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them.
- Google Maps — the Contact page shows an embedded map. Google may collect information such as your IP address and may set cookies when the map loads.
- Our hosting provider — like any website, the server that delivers this site may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
6. Cookies and storage
At present, this site does not set its own cookies and does not store information about you in your browser. Your wishlist, quantity and selected options exist only on the page you are viewing and are cleared when you leave or reload it. The Google services described above may set their own cookies.
7. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when it is needed to make or deliver your order, for example with a delivery provider, or when the law requires us to.
8. Your photos and designs
Photos, logos and designs you send us are used only to make your order. We will ask for your permission before showing your product, photo or review in our gallery, on our website or on social media.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your chat and order details for as long as we need them to complete your order, handle any follow-up and keep our records. You can ask us to delete your details earlier (see "Your choices").
10. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your details and the files you sent us, unless we need to keep something to complete an order or meet a legal requirement; or
- stop contacting you.
To make a request, message or call us using the details in the "Contact us" section below.
11. Children
This site is meant for adults. If you order for a school, college or event, we expect the order to be placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Security
We take reasonable care to protect the information we hold. However, no method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a big change, we will make it clear on this page.
